THREE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY Rosewood Designs warrants your watch for a period of three years from the date of purchase. If your watch fails within this period, it will be repaired or replaced at Rosewood Designs' option. This warranty covers defects in material and workmanship, but excludes the case, crystal, battery and damage caused through misuse, accident or neglect. Rosewood Designs disclaims any liability for incidental or consequential damages arising from failure or malfunction of this watch. The recovery may not be greater than the purchase price.
LIFETIME REPLACEMENT WARRANTY If, during the lifetime of the original owner, your watch should become unserviceable or worn beyond satisfaction, it may be returned and exchanged for a new watch with the same specifications and dial for $25.00 plus shipping and handling. This replacement warranty may be used for issues not covered under terms of Rosewood Designs' three year limited warranty. If the same watch is not available at the time of replacement, Rosewood Designs will substitute a watch of similar style and quality.
